1. About FINKO

FINKO is a direct-to-consumer skincare business operated as a sole proprietorship in the United Kingdom, offering a luxury copper peptide balm and related products worldwide. “FINKO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FINKO. “You” refers to the person accessing the Site or purchasing our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing for FINKO Blue Balm is:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, to limit quantities, and to correct pricing or description errors even after an order is placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by FINKO. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or violation of these Terms. Payment is processed at checkout by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored on our servers. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order amount plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders typically ship within 4–10 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and your destination country — generally 3–10 business days within the UK and up to 3–4 weeks for international destinations. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at helpfinko@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Products do not need to be returned to qualify for a refund unless we request otherwise.

UK consumers: this guarantee is offered in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
